CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

CHICAGO JOP MUST RECEIVE A CANCELLATION NOTICE, IN WRITING, FROM EITHER THE BRIDE
OR THE GROOM, VIA REGULAR US MAIL, EMAIL OR FAX,
NO LATER THAN 30 DAYS BEFORE THE WEDDING DATE FOR A FULL REFUND.

IF NO SUCH NOTICE IS RECEIVED BY CHICAGO JOP DURING THE ABOVE TIME FRAME, A
$250.00 CANCELLATION CHARGE WILL BE ASSESSED AGAINST ANY REFUNDED AMOUNT.
ANY REFUNDS WILL BE SENT VIA CHECK 60 DAYS FROM THE DATE CANCELLATION WAS
RECEIVED BY CHICAGO JOP. THIS POLICY APPLIES TO BOTH CONTRACT AND
NON-CONTRACTED CLIENTS.

IF DEPOSIT WAS PAID, THE ENTIRE DEPOSIT IS FORFEITED.

*    Golden & Silver Wedding Ceremony Packages have the following options which can be applied: Vow, Ring
Exchange, Unity Candle, Readings. Out of State Travel Fee at this level is included in purchase price.

                        Travel Fees apply to those getting married in Wisconsin or Indiana.

**   Rescheduled dates will be honored up to 60 days from the original wedding date and be assessed an additional
fee at the Celebrant or Officants discretion.

Civil & E-Lopement Wedding Ceremony Services: Chicago JOP's provides a nice, simple wine backdrop for
in-house civil ceremonies. Limit up to 10 guests and couples or friends, can come a day early to decorate if they
wish.

	CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY CONT'D All Deposits are non-refundable. Civil, Short & Sweet or Rose wedding ceremony packages are non-refundable. FULL PAYMENT IS EXPECTED NO MORE THAN 1 DAY PRIOR TO THE WEDDING DATE. Written wedding ceremonies provided to couples at 1st Meeting are owned & copywritten by Chicago Justice of the Peace and are trademark & copyright priviledged which cannot be used without our explicit written consent. All religious based wedding ceremonies are based on traditional Christian beliefs & customs unless otherwise specified by couples. Same Sex Marriages are Illegal in Illinois therefore, we are not permitted by law to perform these ceremonies.

All requests for any refund must be made in writing and delivered to our offices
