| Marriage License |
| Marriage Licenses are valid for 60 days from the day of issue. Therefore, we recommend that couples obtain their marriage license as one of the last items on the wedding checklist. After the wedding ceremony is performed, the Wedding Officiant is required to by law, sign the marriage license and the original back to the county office of issuance, no later than 10 days from the date of the wedding.
